We design and install fall displays across Utah, indoors and out. If you already work with homeowners or businesses, a referral costs you nothing and pays ten percent of what your client actually spends.
Codes take about a day to set up. The season runs September 21 to October 14.

A short code and a QR card, in your name. Setup takes about a day.
You share it
In person, in print, on social, or on your counter. Anyone who uses it is attributed to you for 30 days.
You get paid
Ten percent of what they actually pay us, once the install is complete and past the refund window.
Which one applies to you
Most partners are paid in cash. Real estate is different, and the difference is set by federal law rather than by us.
Standard partners
Designers, stagers, florists, photographers, planners, property managers, trades, nurseries, builders, and any other non-settlement business.

Why the split: Section 8 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act restricts giving anything of value to a settlement-service provider in connection with a referral tied to a real estate settlement. We do not pay cash into that category at all, which keeps it simple for everyone.

The details
- How much do partners earn?
- Ten percent of the net amount the customer actually pays for a referred design order. Net means the design price after any discount applied at checkout, and it does not include sales tax or any amount later refunded or charged back.
- When is the commission earned?
- Only when the attributed order is completed, paid in full, and past the refund and cancellation window with no refund or chargeback outstanding. If an order is later refunded or charged back, no commission is owed on it, and anything already paid is repayable or offset against future commission.
- Why can real estate agents not receive cash?
- Section 8 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act restricts giving anything of value to a settlement-service provider in connection with a referral involving a real estate settlement. Rather than work around that, we do not pay cash to licensed agents, brokers, or mortgage professionals at all. That track is non-cash only.
- Does my code give my clients a discount?
- It can. We set a customer-facing discount on your code when we issue it, so your referral arrives with something in hand rather than just a name. The discount amount is set by us and can be changed or paused.
- Do I need to fill out any paperwork?
- For cash-eligible partners we collect a United States Internal Revenue Service Form W-9 before the first payment, and we may issue a Form 1099 where required. Non-cash partners do not need one.
- Do I have to disclose the relationship when I post?
- Yes. The Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides require it. A clear line such as "I partner with Mountain Pumpkins", placed where it cannot be missed and in the same medium as the post, is enough. Hashtags alone are not.
- Can I use my own code on my own purchase?
- No. Self-referral is not eligible, and neither is arranging referrals primarily so that you earn commission.
- How long does attribution last?
- Thirty days from the scan or first use of your code.
Full terms are set out in the partner agreement we send when your code is issued. Codes may be paused, expired, or reissued, and attribution can be voided for self-referral or abuse.
