How does the Design Your Porch experience work?

You'll walk through four simple steps: choose your vision (the type of display you want), tell us about your porch size, pick your design level (Signature or Grand), and choose your color palette. You'll see your price at every step, no estimates or surprises.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the Wasatch Front (Salt Lake City, Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, etc.), Park City and Heber, Ogden and the surrounding area, Logan and Cache Valley, and Orem/Provo. Delivery is always free, no matter where you are in our service area.

Do you charge for delivery?

Accepted Answer

Never. Delivery and setup are included in every design, whether you're in Draper or Logan. It'd feel wrong to charge extra for showing up.

When is the install window?

Our fall pumpkin season runs September 21 through October 14. We recommend booking at least one week ahead to secure your preferred date. Holiday garland season is late November through early December.

What kind of pumpkins do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use specialty and heirloom varieties, not the grocery store kind. Think Cinderella pumpkins, Jarrahdale blues, Fairytale pumpkins, Musquée de Provence, and 50+ pound signature statement pieces. Every pumpkin is hand-selected for color, shape, and visual impact.

Can I keep the pumpkins after the season?

Absolutely! The pumpkins are yours to keep. Many customers cook with them, compost them, or transition them into Thanksgiving centerpieces. We also offer a removal service ($75, free on orders over $500) if you'd prefer we pick them up.

What if it snows or there's bad weather?

If severe weather prevents safe delivery and setup, we'll reschedule at no additional charge or provide a full refund (your choice). Utah weather is unpredictable, and we've got you covered.

Question 8

What if deer or squirrels eat my pumpkins?

Accepted Answer

It happens, especially in Park City and the foothills, and we have you covered. Every design includes our Critter Care guarantee: if wildlife damages your display before Halloween, we will replace the damaged pumpkins (up to half your display, one visit, subject to availability). We also share kid- and pet-safe deterrents on our care page so you can keep deer away in the first place.

How long do the pumpkins last?

Most specialty pumpkins last 2 to 3 months in cool weather. We can't guarantee exact duration since temperature, sun exposure, and moisture all play a role, but we select hardy varieties bred to last through the season.

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel a design order for a full refund up to 7 days before your install, or up to 48 hours before if you booked during install week, and your consultation fee credits toward your design (completed installs are non-refundable but covered by our replacement guarantees). What's the difference between Signature and Grand?

Both levels include hand-selected specialty pumpkins, professional design, free delivery, and your choice of color palette. Grand takes it further with 50+ lb statement pumpkins, premium heirloom varieties, expanded density and layering, and hay and corn stalk accents. Designs start at $279.

Do you offer holiday garland and wreaths?

Yes! Our holiday season runs late November through early December. We offer fresh wreaths ($150), garland packages from $199 to $1,399, and bundles that save you up to $100+. Book your fall pumpkins and get 15% off holiday services.

What are the design visions?

Accepted Answer

We offer three: Accent (an asymmetrical display set just off to one side of your entry), Moment (a symmetrical framing that adds real wow factor to any home entry), and Statement (the ultimate crossroads between fall and elegance, designed to get compliments all season long). Each vision is available in multiple porch sizes and in two levels, Signature and Grand.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least one week before your preferred install date. Our schedule fills up fast during peak season (late September through early October), so earlier is better. You can book online anytime.
