Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Mountain Pumpkins provides professional pumpkin delivery and display services across Utah, Southern Idaho, and Western Wyoming. Our services include:

• Selection and delivery of premium pumpkins and seasonal decorations
• Professional arrangement and setup of fall displays
• Maintenance and care instructions
• Seasonal removal services (where applicable)

2. Service Areas and Scheduling

We serve customers in Utah, Southern Idaho, and Western Wyoming. Setup begins September 21st each year for residential customers. Service availability may vary by location and demand. Our standard service area includes up to 15 miles radius outside of listed cities.

Utah Service Centers: Alpine, American Fork, Bountiful, Brigham City, Cedar City, Centerville, Clearfield, Clinton, Cottonwood Heights, Draper, Eagle Mountain, Eden, Enoch, Farmington, Garden City, Heber City, Highland, Huntsville, Hurricane, Hyrum, Ivins, Kaysville, Kearns, Layton, Lehi, Logan, Magna, Midvale, Midway, Moab, Murray, North Logan, North Ogden, Ogden, Orem, Park City, Payson, Pleasant Grove, Pleasant View, Provo, Providence, Riverton, Roy, Saint George, Salt Lake City, Sandy, Saratoga Springs, Smithfield, Snyderville, South Jordan, South Ogden, Spanish Fork, Springville, Summit Park, Syracuse, Taylorsville, Tremonton, Washington, West Haven, West Jordan, and West Valley City.

Idaho Service Centers: Boise, Caldwell, Idaho Falls, Meridian, Nampa, Pocatello, Rexburg, Sun Valley, and Twin Falls.

Wyoming Service Centers: Evanston, Green River, Jackson, Rock Springs, and Star Valley.

Extended service is available for locations 15 to 100 miles outside of listed cities for an additional fee of $50 + $3 per mile.

We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability. Peak season bookings may require longer lead times. Orders after October 14 will be filled as supply allows, but may need to be refunded less a 3% service fee if supplies cannot meet the order.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon booking. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Prices include delivery, setup, and basic maintenance instructions.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations: You may cancel your service up to 72 hours after purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after 72 hours, but before delivery are subject to a 50% cancelation fee. No cancelations available after delivery.

Weather-Related Cancellations: If severe weather prevents safe delivery and setup, we will reschedule at no additional charge or provide a full refund.

Quality Assurance: We stand behind our work. If there are any issues with your display setup, contact us within 24 hours and we'll address them promptly.

5. Property Access and Liability

By booking our services, you grant us reasonable access to your property for delivery and setup. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the installation area.

Mountain Pumpkins carries liability insurance. However, customers are responsible for any damage to their property caused by negligence or failure to follow care instructions.

6. Product Care and Maintenance

Pumpkins and seasonal decorations are natural products with limited lifespans. We provide care instructions to maximize display longevity, but cannot guarantee specific duration due to weather, temperature, and other environmental factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
