The display people stop to photograph
We design and install curated fall displays for Utah businesses, indoors or out, and take them away at the end of the season. Put one in your space, earn ten percent referring clients to us, or do both.
18 install days, September 21 to October 14. Dates are the scarce part.
Most partners do both
The display in your own space is the easiest thing to sell, because your clients stand next to it and ask who did it. That is the whole program in one sentence.
Put one in your space
Lobby, waiting room, entrance, dining room, or all of them. Designed, installed, and removed by us, on one invoice.

Ten percent of what your referral actually pays, on every attributed order. Your code carries a discount for them.
get your codeA display earns its keep when people gather at it
For a business this is not decor, it is dwell time. People stop, photograph each other in front of it, and post it with your venue in the shot. We have built these for malls, lodges, shopping centres, pavilions, parks, and markets across Utah.

Send us a client. Get paid for it.
Ten percent of the net amount your referral actually pays, on every attributed order. It costs you nothing, and your code arrives with a discount attached so your client gets something out of it too.
You get a code
A short code and a QR card, in your name. Setup takes about a day.
You share it
In person, in print, on social, or on your counter. Anyone who uses it is attributed to you for 30 days.
You get paid
Ten percent of the net amount your referral actually pays, once the install is complete and past the refund window.
Real estate agents: yes, you earn the same ten percent. Referring a homeowner for porch decor is not a settlement service. Check with your broker first though, since many brokerages require outside compensation to run through them and expect vendor relationships to be disclosed to your client.
Commission is earned once the attributed order is complete, paid in full, and past the refund window. A Form W-9 is collected before the first payment. Full terms come with your code.
Indoors, outdoors, or both
The best spot is often not the obvious one. For a lot of businesses the interior display is the one people actually stand next to.
Lobbies and receptions
Hotels, offices, clubhouses, and leasing offices. The first thing anyone sees, and what people stand next to while they wait.
Waiting rooms
Dental, orthodontic, and medical practices. Families notice it, and it does more for a nervous kid than anything on the walls.
Entrances and storefronts
Retail frontage, restaurant entries, clubhouse doors, and civic buildings. Anything we place outside is covered through Halloween.
Event and dining spaces
Ballrooms, dining rooms, tasting rooms, and expo floors. Built for October event season and taken down after.
Foyers, done quietly
Funeral homes and senior living. A muted palette with no orange and nothing that reads as Halloween.
Multiple properties
Property managers and homeowner association groups. One vendor, one invoice, every location on the same schedule.
Four steps, none of them yours
Tell us the space
A photo and a rough size is enough to start. Tell us whether you want it inside, outside, or both.
We design and quote
You get a design approach and a fixed price before anything is ordered. Nothing to pay to see it.
Hold your date
A $99 deposit holds an install date and is credited in full against your invoice. The season is 18 working days and it fills.
We install, then remove
Installs run September 21 to October 14, worked around your hours. Removal at the end of the season is included.
- Design built for your specific space, indoors or out
- Specialty and heirloom pumpkins, including 50+ pound statement pieces
- Delivery and professional installation
- End-of-season removal and haul-away
- Replacement of anything placed outside if wildlife gets to it, through Halloween
- Your choice of palette, including a muted range with no orange
Commercial work is quoted per space. For scale, residential porch designs run $499 to $1,199. You get a fixed price before you commit to anything.
Tell us the space, get a fixed price
A rough size and a city is enough to start. We come back with a design approach and a firm number, usually within a day.
Before you ask
- Can the display go indoors?
- Yes. Indoor and outdoor are both standard for us. Lobbies, waiting rooms, foyers, dining rooms, and event spaces are all common, and plenty of businesses do both an entrance and an interior display.
- What does a commercial display cost?
- Commercial work is quoted per space, because a hotel lobby and a dental waiting room are not the same job. For scale, our residential porch designs run $499 to $1,199. Send us the space and we will give you a fixed price before you commit to anything.
- What is the $99 deposit?
- It holds an install date while we finalise the design, and it is credited in full against your invoice. The fall season is only 18 working days, so dates are the scarce part, not the pumpkins.
- When do you install?
- The fall season runs September 21 to October 14, 2026. Capacity is roughly 150 installs across the season, so commercial dates are worth booking early.
- Do we have to take it down ourselves?
- No. End-of-season removal and haul-away are included in every install, commercial and residential. Nothing is left for your maintenance staff.
- How much do partners earn?
- Ten percent of the net amount the customer actually pays for a referred design order. Net means the design price after any discount applied at checkout, and it does not include sales tax or any amount later refunded or charged back.
- When is the commission earned?
- Only when the attributed order is completed, paid in full, and past the refund and cancellation window with no refund or chargeback outstanding. If an order is later refunded or charged back, no commission is owed on it.
- Can I both buy a display and refer clients?
- Yes, and most of our partners do exactly that. Having the display in your own space is the easiest way to sell it, because your clients see it and ask about it. Your code works the same either way.
- I am a real estate agent. Can I earn commission?
- Yes. Referring a homeowner for porch decor is not a settlement service, so the referral is treated like any other. Check with your broker first, since many brokerages require outside compensation to run through them and expect you to disclose vendor relationships to your client.
- Do I have to disclose the relationship when I post?
- Yes. The Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides require it. A clear line such as "I partner with Mountain Pumpkins", placed where it cannot be missed and in the same medium as the post, is enough. Hashtags alone are not.
- Can I use my own code on my own purchase?
- No. Self-referral is not eligible, and neither is arranging referrals primarily so that you earn commission.
- Where do you work?
- The Wasatch Front, Park City and Heber, Ogden, Logan and Cache Valley, and Orem and Provo. Delivery and installation are included everywhere we work.
