Both levels are installed by our crew, with free delivery across the Wasatch Front. Hay and corn are included with Grand. On Signature you can add hay bales (+$45) and corn stalks (+$40) right here, and Grand can leave them out for a few extra pumpkins instead at no change in price.

priority install
Priority install +$149Lock a specific install day, or have your porch dressed up to a week before the season opens (subject to pumpkin availability).

End-of-season removal +$75We take the whole display down and haul it off at the end of the season (free on orders over $500), or leave it off and keep your pumpkins at no charge.
